NAP can provide service contracts on a variety of products to
meet a customer’s need for network uptime. The hours of coverage are based on
your contract commitment. 8 X 5, 7 X 24, phone support, or time and materials
options area available. Standard response times are either 4 hour or next day,
but many other coverage plans can be developed. Service reports are provided
monthly and they include a variety of charts and tables representing the last
month’s calls, response times, resolution categories, and some trending info.
Other reports are available upon request.
