NAP’s Installation Service is designed to be a complete solution for an installation project of any size or complexity. Our objectives are the same as our customer’s: install your infrastructure quickly, efficiently, and at a price you can afford. Installations require many functions that need to be capably coordinated, from site preparation, to device staging & deployment, to vendor coordination. NAP’s project managers are experienced in applying a thorough and efficient end-to-end installation methodology that addresses all elements of a successful installation. To ensure that installation projects are completed on time and within budget, NAP’s implementation team customizes a project plan that encompasses all elements of a thorough installation: design/configuration review, resource planning, site preparation, equipment testing & delivery, roll-out schedules, acceptance testing, contingency planning, documentation and status reviews. NAP’s technical support team assists the project manager through each stage of the implementation to make sure your specified business and technical requirements are met. Customized reports and regularly scheduled project reviews give customers important statuses on each stage and location in the project. The result is an infrastructure you can depend on from the day we install it.
