Network Access Products, Incorporated (NAP) is a Minnesota based corporation that is headquartered in the Minneapolis. Established in 1992, NAP has been a strong partner to hundreds of customers supporting thousands of locations across North America. Specializing in design, deployment, and support of wide area and local area technology solutions, NAP offers a site based approach that supports a wide array of technology needs for customers ranging in size from small single site clients to large multi-national organizations.

NAP offers a fully staffed team of professional resources specializing in all areas of information technology including network engineering, project management, technology design, sales, and support. In addition, NAP operates a fully functional 7x24x365 Network Operations Center staffed around the clock with certified Technical Support resources.

In addition to the Minneapolis support structure, NAP also provides a nationwide network of Field Engineering resources to meet any site-based needs that may be required by a customer. With over 12,000 field resources, NAP is staffed to complete a variety of tasks including low voltage cabling, device installation, site survey work, technology trouble shooting, wireless technology deployment, and other site based services.

NAP also supports a robust toolset and software platform to compliment the efforts of our Corporate staff and our Field Engineering resources. With on-staff programming resources, NAP can customize tools to meet client and partner needs. In addition to customized tools, standard trouble ticketing tools, inventory management tools, a carrier order tracker system, and dispatch services platform are all available to support customer needs. Coupled with our Network Monitoring toolset and real-time access capabilities for our customers and partners via custom designed web portals, these tools provide a powerful addition to any technology solution.
